Don’t forget you can also create a wishlist of your favourite pieces, which you can either make public or keep private.

To view your Order History log on to ‘My Account’ – you can find this in the top left hand corner of your browser window.

If you require an account, register now.

If you forget your password, simply click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ button on the log in screen, and you will receive an email asking you to reset.

Please note that once you have done this, we would advise you to log in and change this to a new password which will be more memorable to you.

Yes. Either place your order online or call us on +44 (0)20 3397 5880. Your price will be show in pounds sterling, and the actual transaction on your card will leave your account in pounds sterling.   Click here for international delivery and returns.

VAT is charged at 20% for all orders delivered to EU and is included in the retail price.  For orders outside EU, the VAT amount may be waived. Please email us shop@kaytiewu.com if you have further queries about VAT, or call us on 020 3397 5880

We accept payment online by credit card using Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Or, if you are an approved trade account holder, you can pay by BACS payment.  Please use the proforma invoice number as the payment reference.

We do not currently have any promotional or discount codes to use on Kaytie Wu.

Yes.  All of our jewellery items come in a beautifully presented gift box wrapped with an Italian ribbon as standard.
